Blue Hue

After months of winter, spring is finally here! Which means lighter jackets, skirts without tights and sweaters without jackets! I don't know about you but I'm super exciteddd.

Out with the dark shades of black and grey and in with the fresh vibrant colours. What's a better transition colour for spring than blue?? Not just your regular dark shade of blue - pastel blue! Pastel colours just screams spring in my opinion. I've noticed a lot of two-piece set fits with the same colour. Yes, those are really nice, but why not different shades of one colour along with a different texture?

Just some deets about my outfit:

Silk fabric is becoming a thing this season - perfect for the spring and summer, giving your daily outfit some edge and glam to it. This high waisted skirt from Babaton also came with a matching cami for you to wear with if you're into set fits. I just got the skirt for now, but who knows, maybe I'll purchase the matching cami with it for me to wear on a night out (;

Fila has always been a fave brand of mine, especially when it comes to sneakers. I'm not much of a sneakers person. I can honestly tell you that I literally own like 2-3 pairs (one for workout and the other for my everyday fits) The only kind of sneakers I own are all white ones - usually for me to wear during the warmer days and whenever I don't feel like wearing booties. This specific Fila caught my eyes cause it's definitely something i usually wouldn't go for. But for some reason, the more I saw it, the more I liked it, and it actually pairs with my wardrobe. Besides, aren't dad shoes a thing now?
