All About the Plaid

If you haven't noticed by now, plaid is for sure in this season! Whether it's a blazer, pants, top, or a throw on - it's definitely a staple look. If you're currently living in Toronto, you probably realize that this fall is about to come to an end soon (which freakin sucks). But that doesn't mean that you can't cherish those last few weeks! Put that thick jacket away for just a couple more weeks cause you can still wear something a bit more light (unless you're really sensitive to the cold lol).

With the leaves changing, I decided to go more of a warm / autumn feel with my outfit. You can definitely style up or down with a switch of the shoes - I just went a bit more casual this time with some white Fila sneaks.

I actually purchased my blazer from an independent store while I was in Seoul this summer, but that doesn't mean you can't get something similar to this! Places like Zara, H&M, Aritzia etc, would definitely sell all sorts of plaid blazers!

Under the plaid blazer, I just wore a simple black cropped spaghetti strap from Topshop, since it was still warm at the time - but you can totally wear it with a black fitted turtleneck as the weather gets more chilly. What I also noticed is that camel colours suede is also back in season, especially with skirts. So I decided to pair my blazer with this camel suede skirt from H&M since it complimented it each other. Completing the whole autumn feel look, I chose a mini black bucket bag from Zara just to put my essentials inside (bucket bags are in trend right now as well). I guess you can say this whole outfit, either separate or together would be perfect for this season haha
